What we do
Leadership, policy, and proof, without a full-time hire.
Most firms in our range cannot justify a full-time security executive. We provide the role, the written program, and the documentation an insurer, auditor, or client will ask to see.
Insurance-aligned vCISO and vCIO
A named leader who owns the risk register, brings you decisions as Option A, B, or C with costs, timelines, and consequences, and supports your insurance renewal.

Plain answers.
What does insurance-aligned mean?
The program is organized around the controls and documentation cyber insurers ask about on applications and renewals, so the work that improves your security also supports your coverage conversation. It does not guarantee coverage or pricing.
What is a vCISO, and what is a vCIO?
A virtual CISO provides security leadership on a part-time basis: risk ownership, policy, and reporting. A virtual CIO does the same for technology planning, vendors, and budgets. Many firms need both roles at a fraction of a full-time cost.
Do you replace our IT provider?
No. The advisory role sits above day-to-day IT. It sets priorities, tracks risk, and holds vendors to the plan.
What does AI governance cover?
An AI use policy, an approved tool list, rules for what data may be entered into AI tools, and a process for reviewing new tools and workflows. The Continuous AI Controls retainer keeps these current as tools change.
How is the work priced?
Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before work begins.
